WELCOME TO MY PRACTICE
Every person has the ability to shape their own inner environment through applied guidance and personal development skills. The way in which one relates to the world and how the world relates to the individual almost always comes down to perspective. However we don’t always have the tools and assistance to best improve our “inner landscape” and we often feel stuck when we don’t have the solutions at hand to deal with our own personal and professional crossroads.
I personally believe that there is no “one size fits all” solution. Every self is unique, just as every school, corporate and personal living environment comes with its own fingerprint of circumstances and challenges. My goal is to assist with a step by step approach to empower my clients toward the best version of their true self.
I am a registered Educational Psychologist in Centurion, Pretoria. I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (Reg no: PS 014 5157) as well as with the Board of Healthcare Funders of South Africa (Practice no: 0869589). I have been trained by the Milton H. Erickson Institutes of South Africa in both Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Ego State Hypnotherapy.
I have a special interest and focus in working with trauma, stress, depressive and anxiety-related challenges. Other fields that intrigue me are career counselling and any mental health related disorders that impacts on learning and development.
I have a special place in my heart for the field of academia and research, as it is only through learning that we can find ways to grow and become all that we can be. I have been a part-time lecturer at the South African College of Applied Psychology since 2018. I have further supervised both honours and masters students for their dissertations.
